GENERAL TERMS
The following price list replaces and nullifies all previous lists and is subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Euro. The transport cost of 70 Euro will be charged for shipment free destination with a value under 1 000 Euro. Prices include packaging. Prices correspond to the technical specifications, measurements, colours and materials indicated in this price list. Any variations must be quoted separately.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Triton rugs accepts orders only by issuance of written confirmation of order. Once accepted by return of a signed copy no changes or cancellations can be done to the order after stated terms. If the changes or cancellation are notified after the stated terms, they can be accepted only by written authorization and their costs will be charged. All orders are accepted under the conditions stated in the General terms and conditions of sale.
DELIVERY TERMS
The terms of delivery stated in the order confirmation are a general indication of lead-time, and do not constitute grounds for the cancellation of an order.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURN
Any claims must be made in writing within eight days from receipt of goods. After this period no claims will be accepted in any case. Returns of goods must have prior written authorization by Triton rugs and must be prepaid. The goods must be carefully repacked in original packaging; damages to the products caused by inadequate packaging will authorise Triton rugs to charge the repair costs. Triton Rugs does not accept responsibility for damages caused by the misuse or improper care of the product.
TRANSPORTATION
Upon receipt of the goods the customer is in charge of verifying the number of parcels and the condition of packaging and goods. In case of damage parcels or missing items the customer has to notify it on the transportation bill and send written communication to Triton (info@tritonrugs.com) within 48 hours.
PAYMENT
Payments must be sent directly to the main office of Triton Rugs. The lack of, or late arrival of payments (including partial payments of one invoice), authorize the suspension of production or the cancellation of the contract. In such cases, expenses and damages incurred by Triton Rugs are subject to reimbursement. Failure to respect the terms of payment will result in penalties at the legal interest rate.
FORCE MAJEURE
Each evident affecting the seller or his sub-supplier, which evident cannot be hindered and which makes the delivery more difficult or is delaying the delivery, gives the seller the right to either cancel the agreement or extend the time of delivery. Examples of such evident are war, mobilization, political troubles, export or/and import prohibitions affection Sweden or other country, labour conflicts, fire, engine breakdown in our own or other supplier’s factory, lack of means of transport, traffic disturbances, shipwrecks, lack of power supply, natural events or other conditions of any kind which affects our delivery capacity but which are beyond our control. Should a manufacturer referred to in a purchase agreement close down his manufacturing of the sold our of stock kind of goods, we exempt ourselves from all liability to deliver. At such a closing down we will, however immediately inform the buyer.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All goods remain property of Triton Rugs, until full payment is made, the right of possession is transferred to the buyer at first when full payment has been affected.
COURT OF JURISDICTION
In the event of any controversies, jurisdiction fall under the law courts of Sweden.
PRODUCTION NOTICE
Triton reserves the right to carry out modifications without notice regarding techniques, dimensions and aesthetics when necessary. Dye-lots can vary, and the texture and colour of the final product may differ slightly from the samples. Claims in this regard are not considered valid. All measurements are in centimeters and inches. Depending on the materials used and the different handicraft processes in the production there can be slight variations of up to +/- 3% in terms of the dimensions requested. The dimensions and specifications listed in the current price list are currently valid and nullify prior listings. Pattern shown in the catalogues and/or digital material are representational and not to scale.
